The rooms
You will have 3 large bedrooms each with their own bathroom, and their toilets that can comfortably accommodate 8 people
Living spaces
You will have all the modern comforts in a traditional Provencal villa of 170m2 with a dining room, a fireplace lounge, a multimedia lounge, a south terrace and its summer lounge as well as a west terrace with its pergola and barbecue, for memorable meals.
The kitchen
Large, contemporary and fully equipped with oven, induction hob, microwave and fridge, freezer; it opens onto the west terrace, the pergola and the swimming pool.
THE GARDEN, THE EXTERIORS
The garden
1500 m2 of wooded space with numerous massifs with Provençal essences delimit the property around the large terrace, the lawn. The whole garden is equipped with a buried and programmed automatic watering system.
The swimming pool
The swimming pool (10m x 5m) with a "diamond point" part is lit and surrounded by a beach where the deckchairs are outstretched to you!
The bowling alley
The illuminated bowling alley, like professional playgrounds, will be the place for your playful games with friends
AREA
Luberon
10 minutes from the gates of the Luberon, you visit Cadenet, Cucuron, Vaugines, Gordes, Rustrel etc, so many magnificent villages nestled in the folds of the regional natural park.
Aix en Provence
The old Provencal capital, city of water and city of art is 7 minutes by car. All year round, concerts, the Easter Festival and the Lyric Art Festival brighten up the city.
Provence
Still hesitating? The sea and the creeks await you at 35 kms, the Sainte Victoire mountain or the reliefs of Sainte Baume open their valleys to you at 8 kms. Further on, the Gorges du Verdon and the Valensole plateau promise superb walks. Unless you prefer the Camargue or the villages of Alpilles.
Here everything is a stone's throw away. You are on vacation !
